**Para asegurar una participacion activa dentro del foro, y para evitar usuarios fantasmas; el staff de El Ultimo cielo ha determinado los siguientes periodos de actividad, con respecto a los posteos.
- 2 semanas sin actividad : advertencia
- 3 semanas sin actividad : 2 advertencia
- 1 mes sin actividad : baneo de cuenta.
**El staff de El ultimo cielo cree firmemente en la libertad de expresion. Cualquier opinion es valorada y respetada, asi como a todos los miembros de El ultimo cielo.
No importa el tema o el punto de vista, entendemos que asi como todos los usuarios son individuos unicos, los pensamientos tambien lo son, es por eso que los miembros de El ultimo cielo pueden estar seguros que no importan sus opiniones y/o pensamientos, estos seran respetados y tomados en cuenta, sin distincion, a excepcion de aquellos usuarios que falten el respeto a algun miembro de El ultimo cielo u otra persona.
**Cada vez algun usuario postee una fotografia o algun tipo de informacion, es necesario que de los creditos correspondientes, de no ser asi el staff del ultimo cielo podra borrar el topic o post en cuestion.
**En el caso de los videos, mp3 y fotografias, no se aceptaran hotlinks, es decir tomar links ajenos. los archivos deben ser descargados de sus propios hosting u otra pagina para descargas. Quien no cumpla con esta regla será baneado inmediatamente del foro.
** Mensión aparte requieren las imágenes y videos de páginas como HYDEIST y revistas como LE-CIEL. Por problemas de derechos de autor, videos e imágenes extraidos de estás páginas NO ESTAN PERMITIDOS BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA. Además, tambien es por respeto a cada integrante de Laruku y su vida privada. Y tampoco queremos problemas con gente del otro lado del Pacífico (tenemos infiltrados xDD... y no es chiste ò.ó).
Si desean compartir estas imágenes con gente del foro, usen msn o mensajes privados ^^.
Si tienen sudas con el origen de algún video o imágen, consultenlo enviando un mp al usuario Le~ciel chan o a alguno de los administradores.
De no cumplir esta regla, al tercer aviso, el usuario será baneado del foro.
*** Se ha llegado a una desicion con respecto a las firmas. Para evitar problemas de saturacion visual y del mismo foro ( incluyendo el proceso de posteo ) se exijira un tamaño de firma entre 456x150 | 460x150 | 500X150 como maximo este ultimo valor con un peso maximo 200k ( seamos generosos)
El maximo de firmas por usuario es de 2 y los gif solo estaran reservados para los avatares.
para aquellos que no se manejan en el tema pregunten y seran contestados *-*
Por diversos motivos, estos periodos no se habian podido cumplir con anterioridad, pero ahora se comenzaran a hacer efectivos. Les estamos haciendo llegar por mensaje privado y/o e-mail la informacion a quienes se ven afectados por la medida, asi como tambien estamos recibiendo solicitudes de no baneo por abc motivos, porque entendemos que no todos tienen el mismo tiempo para entrar al foro y postear.
Gracias a esto, tambien hemos podido notar que muchos de nuestros usuarios NO son de habla hispana, y es en esto en lo queremos hacer nuestra solicitud.
Sabemos que muchos de nuestros usuarios mas activos -y, en si la gran mayoria- tiene conocimientos de ingles. Si les es posible, posteen sus informaciones tambien en ingles.Realmente la Administracion y nuestros usuarios europeos, norteamericanos y asiaticos se lo agradeceran mucho.
El Staff hara el mismo esfuerzo, por supuesto.
Todo esto es para seguir creciendo como foro y comunidad con distintos puntos de vista desde distintas partes del mundo. Por supuesto, al base del foro seguira siendo el trasmitir noticias en habla hispana, pero abrir un poco nuestras fronteras no es malo, verdad?

**In the case of videos, mp3 and images or scans, hotlinks (another's links, someone who has not to deal with El Último Cielo) WON'T BE ALLOWED. The links must be from your own hosting or another server. who doesn't follow these rules, will be banned immediately
**Images and videos property of HYDEIST and magazines like LE-CIEL: For copyright issues, videos and images coming from those marks ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY CiRCUMSTANCE. Besides, it's about having respect for all Laruku members private lives. We don't want to have problems with people of the other side of Pacific (we have informants XD!!... seriously ò.ó!!!)
-If you wish to share these kind of images with people of the forum, please use msn or pm ^^
-If you have any doubt about the origin of some video, please ask by pm to Le~Ciel chan user or any other administrator. In case you don't follow this rule, by the third notice, the member will be banned from the forum.
** A decision has been made about the signs.
To avoid problems of visual inconvenience and the sake of the forum (including the posting process), it will be required a size:
-456x150 pixels
-460x150 pixels
-500x150 pixels
with a 200 kb as a maximum (let's be generous)
Will be admitted just 2 signs per member and gifs will be only for avatars.
For those who don't know that much about signs and avatars, please feel free to ask, your questions will be properly answered ^^
For many reasons, the periods we mentioned before, couldn't be reached previosly, but now will be efective. We are sending you pm's and/or e-mails the information to whom will be affected with this measure, as we are receiving non-closing requests because of specific reasons, we understand that not all of you have the same time to enter the forum and posting.
Because of this, we also noticed that many of our users ARE NOT spanish speakers, and that's why we wanted to make this request:
We know many of our more active users have some english knowledge.
If it's possible, please, post also in english.
The Administration, European, Northamerican and Asian users will be really grateful.
The Staff will certainly do the same effort
All this is to keep growing as a forum and community with different points of view from everywhere in the planet. Of course, the essence of this forum will always be to give information in Spanish, but opening a little bit our frontiers isn't bad... don't you think?
